GENERAL CONDITIONS
Service:
- Allied Waste Services hereby agrees to provide one 90
gallon container
per single family residence. In areas where recycling services are
provided, an additional 90 gallon container shall be provided to
participants of the recycling program.
- All refuse must be placed within the company provided container
and must be placed curbside by 6:00 a.m. the scheduled service day.
- Containers must be free and clear of all obstruction in order
to be serviced on collection day.
- Any additional service requirement must be called in to Allied
Waste Services and scheduled 48 hours prior to service day. A list
of accepted additional solid waste materials and rates will be
provided to customer upon request.
- Additional containers can be provided for an extra charge.
Should the customer have such requirement, please call our office
for pricing and to set up delivery of the additional containers.
- Certain items are not acceptable for pickup.

Price:
- In exchange for the service performed pursuant to the "service"
schedule, each single family residence under this "Solid Waste
Materials Collection Services Agreement", hereby agrees to pay
Allied Waste Services according to the rate provided by them, in
advance on a quarterly or semi-annual basis, unless agreed upon
otherwise.
- Billing is in advance on a quarterly or semi-annually basis,
unless agreed upon otherwise.
- Any unpaid balance on account may be subject to collection fees
and placed as a possible lien in accordance with local and state laws.
Anthem Residents Only:
- During the term of the Anthem agreement and any extensions,
the Per Dwelling Rate shall be adjusted annually, per agreement.
Adjustment shall be made in accordance to the Consumer Price Index
(CPI) for the previous 12 months.
- Vacation Policy: Anthem residents East of I-17 will be charged
the amount of $35.00 to place their account on vacation hold,
This charge will cover the cost of administrative fees and
barrel(s) removal, which will occur immediately. Upon the
residents return to Anthem, they must call to re-start service.
A charge of $35.00 will be put on the account to reactivate their
account, cover administration fees, and cover the cost of the
re-delivery of a clean barrel(s). Service will begin on the
prescribed days.”
